Product Description

Want to get your machine back almost like the day you bought it? Choose our select service plan. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, just box up your vacuum and ship it back to us. A service expert will do a full diagnostic test on your machine, prepare a personalized repair report, deeply clean and condition your vacuum and perform required repairs.

Pre-Shipment: Shortly after your service order has been placed a short survey will be emailed to you to gather more details of about your repair.

Shipping: A prepaid FedEx return label will be provided to you and shipping instructions. Just box up your vacuum and drop it off at a local FedEx Office and Ship location.

Service Labor: Once your repair is received a service technician will completely disassemble and test your vacuum. A personalized service report and detailed quote will be generated and emailed to you.

Once the repair estimate is approved the service tech will perform all approved repairs In addition we will completely clean and disassemble your motor, carpet brush and recondition the outer casing of your vacuum.

Delivery: We will repack and ship your vacuum directly back to you. Cost of return shipping is included in price of service.

Estimated Service Time: From door to door we expect all repairs to be back to you within 2 weeks. Any delays due to special ordered items will be relayed to you as soon as possible.

100% Satisfaction: Your vacuum will be shipped back to you in its best possible re-condition:  clean, polished, and tested to verify it is working at peak performance.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the repair and reconditioning of your vacuum cleaner, Best Vacuum will ameliorate any unsatisfactory repair or reconditioning at no charge within 30 days of receipt.

6 Parts & Labor Guarantee: labor and parts will be covered for 6 months after delivery of your vacuum. Please note, clogs, misuse and wear parts are not covered under our parts guarantee. For more information on our guarantee please click here.

Declination of Service: If the repair estimate is not approved by you we will ship your vacuum back completely assembled. All authorizations on your credit card will be voided.

Exclusions: We reserve the right to refuse work on any vacuum used on the following

  •  Asbestos abatement
  •  Mold abatement
  •  Lead abatement
  •  Animal waste removal
