IQAir at the 2008 Olympics
If you’ve been watching the 2008 Olympics, you’ve seen how bad the air is in Beijing. It’s not so bad for U.S. athletes, though, because of a U.S. Olympic Committee program called “Operation Clean Air.” The program provides a high-efficiency air purifier for each U.S. athlete’s bedroom.
Who makes those air purifiers? IQAir, an outstanding manufacturer whose air purifiers we’ve carried for years.
“Operation Clean Air” uses the IQAir HealthPro Series air purifiers in each athlete’s bedroom. In addition to typical pollutants in dirty air, the portable HealthPro Plus absorbs particles as small as the SARS virus and tuberculosis. All the IQAir systems used by the U.S. team also feature special air purification technology to remove gaseous pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde, and ozone, an option also available to you with our IQAir products.
So even if you can’t perform like an Olympic athlete, with IQAir you’ll be able to breathe like one.
