Shipping Methods

Free FedEx Overnight Shipping is offered on all Miele and SEBO vacuum cleaners and select Blueair, IQAir and Austin Air models.

Free Ground Shipping is offered on all other orders OVER $50 shipping within the contiguous U.S. For orders of $50 or less shipping within the contiguous U.S., a charge of $7.99 applies.  For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please call us toll-free at 1-888-205-3228.

PLEASE NOTE!   All vacuums are shipped fully insured and signature is required for delivery.  Please call 1-888-205-3228 to waive insurance and accept delivery without signature.

Shipping Schedule

Orders that are received and processed by 4 p.m. CT Monday through Friday ship the same day unless otherwise noted.

Orders placed after 4 p.m. CT ship the following business day. All orders received Saturday or Sunday are processed and shipped the following business day. Special orders for products that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer are noted with delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

EZ Exchange: Sometimes it's hard to pick out a product on-line. We get it. The item you choose might be the wrong thing or the model may not be the right one for you. No Problem. We'll take care of the whole thing for you with no restocking fees or shipping charges. Just give us a call and we'll help you pick out a different item that will better suit your needs. Then we'll send you the new one and pick up the old one at no charge. Heck, we'll even send FedEx right to your door and pick it up if that's more convenient for you.

EZ Return: If you don't want to exchange your item for a different one, that's ok too. Give us a call us for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days from the day it was delivered .  We'll email you a free return label and you can return your purchase for a full refund (less any overnight shipping charges if your order was shipped via our free overnight delivery offer). Please note: Returns must include the original product box and all accessories!

Exceptions: A few of the items we sell are simply not returnable. Mostly large or special order items because of shipping costs or manufacturers return policies. The manufacturer will replace any of these items in the event they are are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they can not be returned or exchanged for any other reason. Here is a list of those special items that are not elegible for return:

EBAC Dehumidifiers, Reliable Ironing Boards and Steam Presses, Miele Rotary Iron, Miele Built-In Appliances, Laura Star Ironing Boards, IQAir GC Multigas and Commercial Products including: Commercial Air Purifiers, Commercial Floor Scrubbers. Commercial Extractors,Commercial Steam Cleaners, Commercial Buffers, and all NSS Battery-Powered Commercial Vacuums.
