Stay cool or warm and breathe fresher air with SPT Sunpentown WA-1230H 12,000 BTU air conditioners with heater. With special heavy-duty internal constructoin, these units cool or heat an area up to 400 sq. ft. They effectively improve air circulation in poorly ventilated spaces and maximize energy efficiency. Uss the new UL required LCDI plug.

Self-Evaporating Technology - during the cooling or heating process, water is extracted from the air into the unit. Most of this water is then recycled and used to cool the cooling coils and make it run more efficiently, cooling as well as saving energy.

Note: Exhaust hose installation required (all standard accessories included).
