The Venta Water Treatment Additive performs two main functions: it prevents the formation of hard lime and calcium deposits and aids in the evaporation process by allowing the water to cascade off the disk stacks. Simply rinse out any sediment when cleaning the unit every 10-14 days.

The Venta Cleaner is designed for the periodic cleaning of the Venta-Airwasher. The recommended usage for year-round users is once every six months. The Venta Cleaner is also highly recommended before storing the unit to ensure that all sediment is removed. Aromatic oils are available in three distinct scents. Use of these 100% natural oils is optional.
