 | | The Venta-Airwasher offers an extremely
large surface area for water to evaporate-

surprisingly small amount of space, in which
two sets of disk stacks rotate slowly in water. |
- Because, in general, the basic principle
of cold evaporation is widely acknowledged
as the best method of air humidification
compared with the two other methods of
vaporization and nebulization.
- Because the cold evaporation system
used by the Venta-Airwasher is the only
evaporation system in the world which is
based on a brilliantly simple technology
without filter pads. Flawless workmanship,
impact-resistant, double-walled housing,
precision-built disk stacks and a high-tech
drive mechanism for long-term operation.
As there are no filter pads, the Venta Water
Treatment Additive can be added without
causing any problem of clogging.
The Venta cold evaporation system ensures
hygienic long-term operation without filterpads.
Dry indoor air is drawn in and passed through
stacks of disks rotating in water. Dirt and dust
particles adhere to the disk stacks and are
collected in the lower housing. Only pure water
evaporates.
- Because the Venta system not only
humidifies indoor air, but washes and
purifies it as well. This is not possible
with vaporizing or nebulizing appliances.
- Though vaporizers are very hygienic,
they can form scale, causing the machines
to "fur up" very rapidly. There is also the
danger of scalding in the event that the
appliance tips over. In addition, these units
can, depending on the model, use up to
20 times as much power as appliances
that operate by evaporation.
- Nebulizers require cartridges to avoid
white dust. Thesecartridges are expensive
and changing them can be troublesome.
Only by changing the cartridges regularly,
can the user avoid the problem of releasing
lime into the room with the water particles.
