When we say we make returns easy, we mean it. If you don’t love your new Miele, Sebo, or Dyson Vacuum call 844-496-1733 for a Return Merchandise Authorization. A Best Vacuum Return Specialist will supply you with a prepaid, fully insured FedEx Return Label. Just box up your vacuum in its original packing, print out your label and take it to a local FedEx Office Print & Ship location. No restocking fees, no money out of your pocket, no hassle.
All Return Merchandise Authorizations must be requested within 60 days of product delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging and in good condition for full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of delivery.
Outstanding Warranty Support
Peace of Mind. We stand behind every vacuum by we sell by providing free, factory-trained warranty support for the duration of the manufacturer's written warranty. Should you experience a problem with any vacuum we sell, just call our toll free number and you'll talk with an actual human being. We'll trouble-shoot with you over the phone and once we've diagnosed the problem, we'll send you the warranty item free of charge. If a technical repair is needed, we will send FedEx to your home to pick up the item, repair it under warranty and send it back to you all at no charge. That's it. Parts, Labor and Two-Way Shipping are 100% Free. All you have to do is box up the item and we'll take it from there.
**Please note, as per manufacturer's warranties we do not provide this free service for water damage or blockages caused by oversized objects sucked into the vacuum.
Same Day Shipping on In-stock Items
Place your order by 2 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, and it's out the door and on the way to you the same day. After 4 p.m., or on Saturday and Sunday, it ships the next business day. Items with different shipping lead times are noted at time of checkout.
