In the first seven days after receipt, a Best Vacuum Return Specialist will provide you with a pre-paid, fully insured return label and an RMA number should you need it. Just box up your vacuum in its original packaging with all included accessories, print your label and take it to your local shipment center so that it may be sent back worry free. Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges after the first 7 days.
