Risk Free 60 day & 30-day Trial Policies
We are offering a 60-day trial on your Miele C3 model vacuum purchase to ensure that you have enough time to find out if it is the right fit for you and your home. At Best Vacuum, we understand that investing in the highest quality and performance vacuums built is a difficult decision. That’s why Best Vacuum extends a 60-day free trial on all our high-end Miele C3 vacuums. We believe so much in the quality and performance of the C3 line of Miele products that we know you will be completely satisfied with your decisions. All other vacuum models are subject to a 30-day trial period. The free trial for all vacuum purchases offers pre-paid return shipping good for first 7 days after delivery. In the first seven days after receipt, a Best Vacuum Return Specialist will provide you with a pre-paid, fully insured return label and an RMA number should you need it. Just box up your vacuum in its original packaging with all included accessories, print your label and take it to your local shipment center so that it may be sent back worry free. Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges after the first 7 days.
*Trial periods will be subject to rejection or replacement parts fees if the product(s) are broken, damaged, or missing any accessories upon returned.
Limit one trial period per customer. Vacuums purchased after initial trial period has begun will not include another trial.
All Return Merchandise Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of product invoice. Product must be returned in brand new resalable condition with original packing and container, which includes all manuals and materials. Returned shipping costs of merchandise is at your own expense. Refunds will be subject to change at the discretion of Best Vacuum if the previous requests have not been met. A valid return merchandise authorization # (RMA#) must be given by a Best Vacuum Return Specialist within the trial period before product(s) can be returned to Best Vacuum. Products that have been returned without a valid return merchandise authorization number written on the package or shipping label will not be accepted/credited. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of delivery. Please allow 3-5 days for the credit to process once we have confirmed the receipt of your return.

Exceptions: A few of the items we sell are simply not returnable. Mostly large or special-order items because of shipping costs or manufacturers return policies. The manufacturer will replace any of these items in the event they are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason. Here is a list of those special items that are not eligible for return:
