Dealing with bestvacuum.com was wonderful. Efficient ordering system and unbelievable delivery time! I live in an area of the country that does not supply the filters. Well, a lot of things, so we all depend on the internet for shopping. Thank you for being there, and doing a great job!

Why is the SupraLite priced like a premium upright?
At 9 pounds it still uses a metal brushroll and a sealed HEPA bag, and it is American-made with a 5-year warranty. You are paying for full-size cleaning and longevity in a lightweight body, not a disposable stick vac.
How long do Riccar vacuums last?
15 to 20-plus years is common with basic care. The build is metal-reinforced and serviceable, so wear parts get replaced instead of the whole machine.
Are they easy to maintain?
Yes. Self-sealing bags come out without a dust cloud and filters swap in seconds. Genuine parts are stocked and easy to get.
How is a Riccar different from a Dyson?
Bagged, with sealed HEPA that keeps dust in the bag, rather than a bagless bin you empty by hand. A Riccar is also American-made and serviceable, so it gets repaired instead of replaced.
Will the SupraLite work on my carpet?
Yes. The two-speed metal brushroll gives carpet-ready agitation, and the bristle strips are replaceable once they wear.
Is it good for allergies?
Sealed HEPA filtration captures 99.97% of dust and dander down to 0.3 microns, and the self-sealing bag keeps it there when you empty it.
