Dealing with bestvacuum.com was wonderful. Efficient ordering system and unbelievable delivery time! I live in an area of the country that does not supply the filters. Well, a lot of things, so we all depend on the internet for shopping. Thank you for being there, and doing a great job!
Called your company and a rep answered. I asked my question, got an answer, ordered my part. No waiting, no going through a question and answer menu, no hassle. Best experience I've had buying online.
Love this website! Prices are super competitive, and I get my purchase the same week with no shipping charges. I am a customer for life!
i had many interactions and phone conversations for many years and have always had a positive and professional experience. The product quality is excellent.
Fourth vacuum I have purchased from your site. Always a pleasure to deal with best vacuum.
It is an American-made, metal-built upright with sealed HEPA and a multi-year warranty. It often runs 15 to 20+ years, so the cost per year lands below cheaper machines you replace every few years.
15 to 20-plus years is common with basic care. The build is metal-reinforced and serviceable, so wear parts get replaced instead of the whole machine.
Yes. Self-sealing bags come out without a dust cloud and filters swap in seconds. Genuine parts are stocked and easy to get.
Bagged, with sealed HEPA that keeps dust in the bag, rather than a bagless bin you empty by hand. A Riccar is also American-made and serviceable, so it gets repaired instead of replaced.
Sealed HEPA filtration captures 99.97% of dust and dander down to 0.3 microns, and the self-sealing bag keeps it there when you empty it.
Our product specialists can help you compare models, answer questions, and find the right vacuum for your home.
