Worked out great. I was especially appreciative of the emails telling me when the order was shipped and when I could expect it. With all of the package theft occurring in Portland it was a relief to know when to expect my order so I could make sure I was home.

Hard Floor & Carpet Ready
Why are SEBO vacuums more expensive?
German commercial-grade build with sealed S-Class filtration capturing 99.9% of particles to 0.3 microns. Often lasts 15 to 25 years, so the cost per year runs below cheaper machines.
How long do SEBO vacuums last?
10 to 15 years is common with basic maintenance, and 20-plus is not unusual. Modular design means belts, brushes, and hoses are user-replaceable.
Are they easy to maintain?
Yes. Swap bags and filters in seconds with clear indicators. Genuine parts are easy to find; repairs are uncommon even after 15-plus years.
How is a SEBO different from a Dyson?
Bagged, sealed S-Class filtration that doesn't leak as seals age, versus bagless bins that lose suction as they clog. Built to last decades, not a few years.
Will the Felix 1 work on my carpet?
Yes. The ET-1 power head has four-level manual height adjust from low berber to plush pile, and the roller shuts off for delicate rugs and bare floors.
Is it good for allergies?
The sealed S-Class system holds British Allergy Foundation approval and keeps dust and dander from leaking back into the air.
