Your new vacuum can be on its way soon! We aim to send orders out quickly, with standard shipping typically taking 3–5 business days. A signature is required at delivery so we can ensure safe delivery.
Dealing with bestvacuum.com was wonderful. Efficient ordering system and unbelievable delivery time! I live in an area of the country that does not supply the filters. Well, a lot of things, so we all depend on the internet for shopping. Thank you for being there, and doing a great job!

Called your company and a rep answered. I asked my question, got an answer, ordered my part. No waiting, no going through a question and answer menu, no hassle. Best experience I've had buying online.

What is the Gem best for?
Fast spot cleaning: pet hair, crumbs, car interiors and upholstery. It weighs 3 pounds and comes with a flexible hose and three nylon-bristled tools.
What warranty does it have?
The Gem has a 90-day limited warranty.
Is it easy to maintain?
Yes. It is bagless, with a washable dust cup filter.
Can it replace my regular vacuum?
No. It is a handheld for spot cleaning, with no wand or carpet tool, so it works alongside a full-size vacuum.
Will the Gem work on my carpet?
Only for spot cleaning. It has no carpet tool, so it is meant for quick touch-ups rather than cleaning a whole carpet.
Is it good for allergies?
It is not the best choice. It uses a washable dust cup filter rather than HEPA. If allergies are your priority, look at a Riccar with HEPA media.
