Worked out great. I was especially appreciative of the emails telling me when the order was shipped and when I could expect it. With all of the package theft occurring in Portland it was a relief to know when to expect my order so I could make sure I was home.

Why does a TriFlex cost more than other cordless sticks?
You are buying the machine once. A TriFlex is built with serviceable parts rather than sealed into a disposable body, and it comes from an authorized Miele dealer. A cheaper cordless replaced every few years costs more across the same span.
How long does the battery really last?
Up to 120 minutes in total with its two exchangeable batteries: up to 60 on each on the lowest setting with the motor unit alone. With the electric brush attached, plan on about 30 minutes per battery on the lowest setting and 14 on the highest. Recharging takes 240 minutes.
Are they easy to maintain?
Yes. There is no bag to buy: you empty the dust container when it fills. The exhaust filter is a lifetime filter, and as an authorized Miele dealer our specialists can help with parts and service.
Will the HX2 Sprinter work on my carpet?
Yes, on low and medium pile. The Multi Floor XXL Electrobrush handles carpet, rugs and hardwood, and the extended battery life keeps you cleaning across a large home without stopping to recharge. For thick or high-pile carpet, a Miele canister with a powered brush is the better tool.
Is it good for allergies?
Yes. The HEPA lifetime filter and sealed system keep fine dust and dander inside the machine rather than pushing it back out through the exhaust.
